Product Story and Inspiration

The Chipotle Chillies
The local chillies we have used in this product are sourced from Oxfordshire Chilli Garden, just a few miles away from our office. The Chipotles start life as Jalapenos, they are then dried and smoked over local cherry wood. Once dried they become known as Chipotles.
The Anglesey Sea Salt
Drawn from the shores of Anglesey, this sea salt is known to be the finest around. We source this salt from Halen Mon, who are experts in creating this quality salt through their unique and vigorous process.
The Ají Limón (Lemon Drop)
After our owner Ross sampled the Chipotles from Oxfordshire Chilli Garden, he enquired about the Ají Limón suspecting they would be as amazing. As soon as Ross tasted and smelt the Lemon Drop Chillies he knew we were onto a winner. Ross had already sampled the Ají Limón from other chilli producers in Peru and Zimbabwe and noticed a significant difference in taste. The international chillies were dull and lacking any real zing, but the local chillies were on another level of flavour.
