With a nod to the marvellous old school brewhouses of Bavaria, we do things the classic way with added twists thrown in here and there, developing brewing methods to enhance natural flavours. Our brewery is based in Bourton-on-the-Water, where our lager is brewed from scratch. Naturally flavoured and naturally carbonated, our beers never contain any nasties.
