Delivery - 

We currently offer a speedy delivery service within mainland UK via DHL and Royal Mail.

Unfortunately, we are not able to offer international delivery at this time, due to recent restrictions. We are working hard to get this back, up and running.

UK Standard Delivery 

Where our standard delivery service has been selected, we aim to dispatch your goods from our warehouse within 2 working days of placing your order (excluding weekends & UK public holidays). You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. Delivery will normally take 3-5 working days from the moment you place your order. 

We offer a tracked service for standard delivery via Royal Mail. Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing the tracking details for your parcel. 

Delivery charges will be automatically calculated at checkout. 

All product prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. VAT receipts for UK deliveries can be requested from our customer service team. Click here to get in touch. 

Please note that we don't offer delivery to P.O boxes or shipping agent addresses. 

Our standard delivery service is Monday-Friday only. If you order on Friday, we will dispatch the order on Monday. 

 

UK Express Delivery 

Where our express delivery service has been selected, we aim to dispatch your goods from our warehouse the same day (excluding weekends & UK public holidays). Orders placed on UK public holidays will be dispatched the next working day. You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. Delivery will normally take 1-2 working days from the moment you place your order. 

You must place your order before 12pm for next-day delivery.

We are unable to offer Saturday delivery so if you place your order anytime on Friday, you will receive the goods on Monday.

Returns & Refunds 

We are sorry to hear that you would like to return a product. We only accept returns if the item was damaged, out of date or nearly out of date, or the item was not as advertised. We require an image of the problem so we can successfully offer you a refund.

How to return - 

To be eligible for a return, please contact us here within 30-days of receiving the goods. The goods must be in original condition & packaging and we require your order number. Once the refund has been agreed, then please post the item back to our warehouse:

When we receive the returned item and a receipt for the cost of return, we will refund you the price of the product, your delivery charge and the standard price of the cost of return. The refund will be processed to your original payment method and takes between 5-10 working days. 

Please note when returning the item, we request you return on a standard Royal Mail signed for 2nd class service. We will not refund a return that is sent on a higher service than this. 

If you've received a faulty or damaged product then please contact us  immediately after receiving. We will need your order number and evidence of the damaged/faulty product. Once we've received evidence of the damaged/fault product, we will refund you the price paid, the basic delivery charge, and the posting cost of returning the product (see above for what service to send the item back on). 

We cannot offer refunds on sale items or gift cards. 

Undelivered packages - 

In the case that our delivery services are unable to deliver orders due to a wrong address or they cannot access the address, we will refund the price of the order (excluding delivery charge). 

We are unable to re-send packages that are classed as undeliverable and you will need to place a new order via our website.
