An award-winning blend of charcoal, roasted garlic, and the finest smoked sea salt from Halen Mon. This salt is intended to achieve a meaty, barbecue flavour which gets added to meat before cooking.

Our range of BBQ Salts are blends of incredible flavoured British salts, intended for enhancing the traditional British barbecue. Our Original BBQ Salt won 2 stars in the Great Taste Awards 2017 and the judges noted the salt “would be a great seasoning for a barbecue and other salts are gimmicky but this salt tastes good”. They also mentioned the salt “would be a useful addition to the seasonings shelf”. This salt is part of our wider British BBQ Range.

In 2016, we launched our much-anticipated BBQ Range with the intention of creating a selection of products that added some glorious flavour to specific meat & fish. We spent time researching and testing the best blend of flavours for traditional BBQ food and curated a range that works perfectly with different meats & fish.

Collaborating with Halen Môn Anglesey Sea Salt PDO, the salts can be used to season meat and vegetables but also as a finishing salt. Perfect for enhancing genuine BBQ flavours.

Drawn from the shores of Anglesey, this sea salt is known to be the finest around. We source this salt from Halen Mon, who are experts in creating this quality salt through their unique and vigorous process.
