Our Roast Dinner Dust is an Umami seasoning with the star of the show being an award-winning sea salt blended with cayenne and garlic, which is intended to add great flavour to every part of your roast dinner! We recommend using the Dust on your veggies, ‘Yorkies’, and even use it as a base for the gravy. This Dust is part of our wider British Roast Range.

After some research and talking with customers and suppliers, we discovered that there was a sense of ‘tiredness’ with the traditional roast dinner, so we wanted to liven up some of the trimmings and classic dishes.

Drawn from the shores of Anglesey, this sea salt is known to be the finest around. We source this salt from Halen Mon, who are experts in creating this quality salt through their unique and vigorous process.
