After some research, we discovered that there was a sense of tiredness with the traditional Christmas Dinner. Therefore, we have decided to liven up some of the trimmings and classic roast dishes. Roast Potato Oil (250ml) - Extra Virgin Cold Pressed Rapeseed Oil infused with Smoke, Rosemary and Garlic (all infusions are less than 3%). 

Brussels Sprout Dust (50g) - Ginger, Garlic, Chilli, Cumin, Coriander, Cardamom, and Paprika.

Pigs In Blankets Dust (50g) - Paprika, Smoked Paprika, Palm Sugar, Ancho, Chipotle, Guajillo, Celery Salt, Sugar, Pepper, Garlic Salt, Onion, and Ginger. 

Roast Turkey Rub (50g) - Sweet Paprika, Juniper, Coriander Seeds, Nutmeg, Sea Salt, Onion Powder, Sugar, Celery Seed, Tarragon, and Sumac.
