How to make Pigs in Blankets

For this blog, we will be giving you a fantastic 'Pigs in Blanket's' Recipe that is perfect as a side dish or maybe as part of a buffet. The Pigs in Blanket's Dust was designed to really add an extra kick and provide some rich flavours. The dust is part of our roast range, which is intended to uplift the traditional roast dinner.

 

Ingredients:

  • A bag of pigs in blankets (depending on the amount of guests you have)
  • A jar of our Pigs in Blankets Dust

Method:

  1. Follow instructions for cooking the pigs in blankets. But generally 25-30 mins in a hot oven will do it.
  2. Take out of oven and sprinkle generously with the Pigs in Blankets Dust.
  3. Turn over or shake and sprinkle until the pigs in blankets are fully covered.
  4. Put back in the oven for 5 more minutes until they look golden and crispy
  5. Allow to cool for a couple of minutes and then transfer to a serving dish.
