You can use this oil as a replacement to normal sunflower oil when cooking your roast potatoes, chips or anything that you want to be fully on the inside and crispy on the outside.

Product Story & Inspiration

Inspired by Britain's love for roast potatoes, Ross Bearman (Founder) wanted to create a product that used the best oil and blend with some delicious flavour to create the perfect 'roasties'. We have sourced the finest Extra Virgin cold-pressed rapeseed oil from Cotswold Gold (link) and infused it with smoke, rosemary, and garlic.

Rapeseed Oil

Smoke, Rosemary & Garlic Infusion

We have infused the rapeseed with smoke, hints of fragrant rosemary, and garlic which provides the delicious umami background notes. Rosemary and garlic and commonly known to go very well with roast potatoes.

Favourite oil

The subtle smokey flavour smells and tastes fabulous. I use this oil on many other foods too i.e. fish, nice on meats and also on mixed vegetable tray bakes.

Chilli chipotle jam

We make chicken and vegetable skewers and we brush them with chilli jam, I have ordered more online, as this is the best we have tried. Have ordered pineapple one too but not tried yet, we are so excited as we’re sure it will be amazing, like it’s shelf mate.

Chipotle Jam

Absolute favourite with cheese. Always used to order from Ocado but don’t seem to be able to get it from them now! Glad I can order here.

Roast ham glaze

I tried this glaze for my roast gammon at Christmas, it was a great hit. I just had to have more. The only negative was that one of the jars had opened & leaked. Otherwise excellent.
