This Halloween we hope that you're planning to have a spooktacular time, so we asked our friend Peter the Bar Manager to come up with a frighteningly good yet spine-tingling cocktail idea to help you get into the spooky spirit!
- 25ml Rhum Agricole
- 25ml Aged Rum
- 15ml Pimento Allspice Liqueur
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 25ml Egg (White and Yolk)
- Pinch of grated Nutmeg
- Dry shake all ingredients first (without ice) and ice shake again
- Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with the grated nutmeg
- We have made some dry ice to add a spooky feel, so if you would like to try this then you can get some from Chilli Stick.
