This Halloween we hope that you're planning to have a spooktacular time, so we asked our friend Peter the Bar Manager to come up with a frighteningly good yet spine-tingling cocktail idea to help you get into the spooky spirit!
This special cocktail is entitled 'The Witches Brew' which is not only very fitting for the event, but startlingly delicious (no eyes of newts or toes of frogs are required).
Ingredients:
- 25ml Rhum Agricole
- 25ml Aged Rum
- 15ml Pimento Allspice Liqueur
- 15ml Sugar Syrup
- 25ml Egg (White and Yolk)
- Pinch of grated Nutmeg
Method:
- Dry shake all ingredients first (without ice) and ice shake again
- Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with the grated nutmeg
- We have made some dry ice to add a spooky feel, so if you would like to try this then you can get some from Chilli Stick.
